Displaying your vintage postcards

There are several ways to display vintage postcards, depending on your preferences and the size of your collection. Here are some popular options:

Albums: Postcard albums are a classic way to display and organize a collection. These albums typically have clear plastic sleeves that allow you to view the front and back of each postcard while keeping them protected. Albums come in a variety of sizes and styles, so you can choose one that fits your collection and personal taste.

Framing: Framing postcards is another popular way to display them, especially if you have a few favorites that you want to highlight. Choose a frame that complements the style of your postcard and protects it from damage, such as a UV-protective glass or acrylic.

Bulletin boards or wire grids: For a more casual display, consider using a bulletin board or wire grid to showcase your postcards. You can arrange them in a grid pattern or create a more organic display by overlapping them in a collage.

Shadow boxes: Shadow boxes are a great option if you want to display a collection of postcards that have a specific theme or belong to a certain time period. You can arrange them in a 3D display with other memorabilia or decorative items.

Easels: If you want to display a single postcard on a table or shelf, consider using a small easel. This will allow you to showcase the front of the postcard while keeping it upright and protected.

Regardless of how you choose to display your vintage postcards, be sure to keep them out of direct sunlight and away from heat sources to prevent fading or damage.
